This video shows the difference between MAC foundation/powder/concealer NC50 and NW45. But once applied, the shades meld into the skin and are wonderful.
Some of these will swatch much darker/lighter than others on this list. Going by swatches is a quick way to fail at foundation matching. I go by what these foundations look like once they've settled onto the skin. I don't go by swatches when I say a foundation is a match.
